We had an amazing stay in this hotel! Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast and the staff. The room was spotless and the facilities provided were top-notch. The breakfast served was superb and the staff was always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel's location was perfect for us to explore this city, with easy access to transportation and nearby parking.

The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly. Our room had a nice view of the mountains and the bed was comfortable. It is located in a beautiful area and it's easy to find a lot of activities to do.

The bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived and it smelled bad throughout our whole stay. The check-in process was also very annoying. They asked us to fill out a lot of personal information on outdated forms that made us feel uncomfortable. Finally, the balconies were too close to each other, which gave us no privacy at all.

Located in a serene area, this hotel is an ideal place for a holiday retreat. the hospitality provided by the staff is just excellent. From the room to the bathroom, every corner of this place was immaculate. Plus, the employees went the extra mile to fulfill special requests, like decorating the room with flowers and macarons. the breakfast was equally delightful, with a range of delicious items on the menu. the hotel also provides great facilities for the guests to make their stay more comfortable and memorable.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of recreational activities in the hotel premises itself.

This hotel is the perfect luxurious experience for a holiday. the exclusive amenities, including a sauna, sun loungers and private facilities, were wonderful. the service from employees was excellent. the location advantages were great, with stunning mountain views and a beautiful garden area.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of privacy on the balconies as neighboring rooms have common views. A screen or separation could improve the comfort.

Our Christmas stay here was not as perfect as we expected. the hotel is relatively new, but some of the rooms seem to be unfinished, making them uncomfortable to stay in.
